大菜 10g 水 550ml 糖 25-30g雞蛋 1隻 烹調方法:
1.大菜洗淨剪碎略浸,瀝乾水份. 2.用沸水煮溶大菜時,邊攪拌邊加入糖 3.將雞蛋發勻後倒入大菜溶液中成蛋花 4.待大菜溶液稍冷卻後裝入模中,並置於雪櫃中冷凍至凝結

你講個隻膠蛋殼大菜糕黃大仙有得買呀,係沙田坳道既巴士站,附近有個小巴站,而對有個橫行,每逢晚上9點左右就會有人擺檔,而賣腸粉既檔口會有得買,不過應該夏天先有。
